Dr Dullahay

Dullahay is head of the science department and technological development facilities. He is the one responsible for overseeing testing and experiments, he decided to set up facilities in the neighboring giant forests to do experiments and see what new things he can discover, since the wild life has many interesting abilities and the surrounding area is rich in resources he could use. He has the ability to detach his head, he's head being able to used as a drone and his body is that of many vessels.
